I purchased this item after much research on steam mops. It shipped quickly and arrived in a well packaged box. Unpacking and putting it together was easy and the instructions were clearly written. I especially liked the long power cord, allowing me to move through a large room without having to switch power outlets. The steam mop heats up quickly and cleans incredibly well. No need for distilled water and cleaning solution, costing you extra money. So easy to use, without having to empty dirty water or cleaning fillers and not having to recharge batteries that barely last 20 minutes of run time like other steam mops. When done cleaning pull off micro cloth to toss in washer and let mop cool on pad. And can confirm this mop absolutely has the fastest dry time and no streaking when mopping. So worth the money. This is the best steamer I ever had and this is my 5th steamer and my last. It is extremely well made. My tile is as clean as can be. I tested it by using a paper towel to see if it left any dirt after I cleaned my tile. It did not. No streaking at all. I have some textured tile than is finally clean. I used to have to clean it by hand with the scrubby part of the sponge on my hands and knees. The water reservoir is large enough for me to do 400sq ft. I just wish it would fit under my cabinets. And I wish I had bought the steamer package so I could steam clean everything. I wish I had bought it sooner. I've had it since July 2024 so I have used it alot and can tell i will have it for years and years. Super solid machine and the steam is HOT. Read more
This steamer is perfect. Other steamers leave too much water on the floor, which fills in the grout lines. This makes it hard to keep white grout clean. The Vapour M2R fixes that problem because the high heat and dry steam do not leave residue behind. It is light and easy to maneuver. Filling the tank with the special bottle solves the problem I had in the past with the boiler type steamers. All in the thoughtful design improves on steam cleaning. Read more
We've been using a steam cleaner for the better part of the last decade but my trusted machine finally stopped working after years of service. We're a 2 human, 3 dog, and 2 cat household so things get dirty. This little machine packs a tremendous punch. Much much stronger than our previous one and man IT CLEANS. Powerful steam, a large reservoir, and long enough cable so you don't have to replug every 10 yards. I managed to clean the entire downstairs on one "tank" and only switched outlets once over 1000 square feet. I didn't think our house was that dirty after just a week without a machine but it apparently was. This little guy left our floors (hardwood & tile) sparkling and (unlike the predecessor) didn't leave puddles of water. You clean, you steam, and the floors are dry. Phenomenal. I thought it was a bit of a gamble since this guy didn't have the crazy amounts of reviews that the big "name" companies have but it's a fantastic machine. Hope this last as long as our previous one. I'm super happy with it. Now off to find more pads. Read more
It was absolutely amazing but after the first use slowly but surely it started breaking fast. Luckily it was under warranty so I was able to return it. So sad it was bot well built because the concept was amazing and it really cleaned Read more
I have had this Euroflex M2R for a few months now. It is the fourth brand I have had over the past many years, and it is the best. The floors dry quickly, the boiler holds a lot of water, and it is light relative to the other brands. Some of the great things is that it starts when you move the handle, so no switches to fail; the extra steam boost is a separate trigger, so you use it only when you want to; and the weight is all at the base, so more pressure on the pad and easier to maneuver. Two suggestions - make the resting pad a little larger, and sew the pull tab on the cleaning pads more securely. A great machine. Read more
I really like the fact that the pad simply sticks to the steam mop. It’s less of a hassle to put on and take off. It does a good job on hardwood floors, leaving only a thing layer of water. However, it’s not a super deep cleaner. Some smudges I had to scratch off to help it get rid of them. Another two aspects I dislike are: 1) the instructions clearly state not to overfill the boiler but there is no way to check the level on the boiler. Thus, one must wait until you completely use a fill and then refill. This is not good when multiple people use the mop or in general to keep track of the water level. 2) the mop takes way too long to begin. It can be easily 3-5mins of heating before the mop is ready for use. Other mops I’ve used are ready in under 1.5mins. Read more
