I don't want to jinx my purchase by writing a review after just one use, but this is worth a review. I probably juice a whole bag of lemons and limes at least every other week and doing that by hand was not fun. I ordered this cheaper juicer to make the work easier on my sore hands. The price was right and the reviews didn't have any really negative ones. Well, I used it tonight on a bag of limes...medium in size.... and it worked like a charm. So much easier than doing them by hand. The spout is great since it will feed the juice out into a container as you squeeze the fruit. I placed a cup under the spout, opened the tab and it worked fine. The top twists off and on and sort of locks into place.... although, you don't really have to use the top if you just hold the citrus down with your hand. It spins in one direction on the way up and spins in the opposite direction on the way down. You can hold the citrus down in both directions, although it didn't seem to clean out the insides of the citrus any more by holding it on the way down. It did a very good job at cleaning out the insides with just using the lid in place. The only thing I would caution is that when the juicer moves up towards the top lid, hold the lid down with a little bit of pressure to keep it solidly in place. No big deal. Anyway, hopefully this will last for years. If so, it could be one of the best purchases I've made....for the ease and price. Oh, and clean up is quick. The bottom plastic part twists off with the metal basket. Easy to just rinse those off and you're done! For the price, it's fabulous and easy. As long as it keeps working. Read more

My wrists could no longer handle the manual juicer. With the quantity of oranges and lemons from neighbors, we needed something else. This Eurolux Electric juicer was just the right answer. We have been using it daily for the past 5 days and it is still functioning quietly and cleans all of the citrus from the inside of the peel no matter the size of the orange or the lemon. The motor is powerful enough to remove the fruit quickly and efficiently. The built in strainer lets just enough pulp through, but no way to make the juice pulpless! I got this juicer because I was looking for a machine that didn't require me to hold onto the fruit and press. I find that the automatic design works pretty well. You put the half a citrus in the machine, put the lid on, press the button, and it just works. The pitcher has a good stopper that holds the juice without dripping until you are ready with a glass and open it. The juice yield seems at least as good as a manual process. Cleaning is not bad as long as you do it immediately. My knock on the machine is that the pitcher and the part it connects to is all plastic, and the mechanism puts a lot of force on the plastic connectors. I could see this failing too soon. If there was a version that used glass and metal for these parts I would prefer it, even if it cost twice as much. As it is, the machine works very well, and it is much cheaper than some of the higher end options with similar performance. Read more

Easy to use, squeezes every drop. Small or large oranges. Take apart is easy. Clean up was little tough at first. I figured out you need to use a small long handled brush to clean all the pulp out of the basket. I’m very happy with the quality of this juicer. The Eurolux Citrus Juicer works well for juicing both small limes and large oranges. I am always on the lookout for limes and oranges on the sale rack at my grocery store. I sometimes bring home over 50 limes that I would juice with a manual juicer. After researching reviews for an electric juicer, I chose this beauty. It did not seem like it would be up to the job because it is small and the holding tank is made of thinner plastic, but it works like a champ! It is noisy, but that does not matter to me. It is powerful. It squeezes every bit of juice and pulp out of the fruit. It catches most of the pulp in a stainless steel cup. The spout is perfect on the side and can empty into any cup that fits underneath it. It takes a long time to do as many limes as I do because it only squeezes one half at a time, but it is worth it to me. I have been using this juicer regularly for two months now, and it consistently does what I need it to. Time will tell if it is durable, because it does sound like it is struggling sometimes, and it gets warm after using it for a long time. It is super easy to clean. For now, I really love it.
