I never heard anyone talking about hypochlorous acid spray until this year, so after reading so many great things, I thought I'd try it out. I already like Eva Naturals because I've used their skin clearing serum for a while, and the % and ingredients of this spray looked legit. I have gotten in a routine of after cleansing, I ice my face (it reduces inflammation and really helps calm down acne prone skin)and then I spritz it with this hypochlorous acid spray. I think it is helping to keep my skin clear so far all summer long, and makes my face feel extra clean. I also appreciate the generous size and great pricing. I bought this because I have an elderly cat with severe, chronic chin acne, and I was desperate to find something to help. It hadn't responded to other, more expensive products my vet sold me (which were too harsh and just made things worse), or various products I purchased here on Amazon. I had already changed to all stainless steel bowls, obsessively cleaning them and swapping out food and water multiple times a day, and nothing helped. I felt like I was failing my poor cat, as his chin was a painful mess. Until now! In conjunction with one of those cute, "flower" pet cone alternatives (to prevent chin scratching), this product has immensely helped my cat, and in only a week. Unlike at least one of the comparable products I looked at, this didn't have any essential oils added (many of which are deadly to cats, and are bad for humans to inhale regardless), and was of a decent size for the cost. I spray it onto a clean cotton round, and gently pat it onto my cat's chin 2-3 times per day. I also gently wipe it onto the flower collar's fabric, under his chin, to help kill any bacteria in between washings. My cat's chin was a mess of blackheads (resembling dark coffee grounds), scabs, and sometimes even open wounds. Today, after a little over a week, his chin is almost completely clear of blackheads, with newly healed, pink skin. My cat is visibly more comfortable, even with the flower collar, and I feel like a huge weight has been lifted. I am SO grateful! I just want to add that the "bleach" smell some reviewers are complaining about is NOT due to the presence of bleach! People need to do their research instead of just complaining. Read more
