This towel looks just like the photos in terms of color and style while the dimensions are listed accurately. I love the sage green color and stripe design. The 'thick and plush' claim is misleading as I'd consider this towel to be of medium weight. It is very soft which is good in theory, but that seems to take away from its ability to absorb water quickly. The quality is very good and I'm a huge fan of it being 100% cotton. I just wish it did a better job at being a towel. For that reason, I'd say it's just an okay value and I probably wouldn't shell out for one of these again. Read more

I love this towel. It’s large enough for a thicker person to wrap around their body. It’s soft, and absorbent. It is not like the super plush towels that feel like they’re just pushing the water around - it actually dries you off. It has remained soft through several trips through the washer and dryer. While this towel is very soft and 100% cotton, it is not thick or plush. The towel is well made, with a finished and folded salvage edge. The colors and design are attractive, with a fading stripe that looks nice hanging on a towel rack or folded on a shelf. The towel is 28x54 so not large enough for a beach towel, but longer and wider than a standard bath towel. This is a high-end, quality towel. It is ultra-soft, as described, and very well made with what appears to be reinforced seams and stitching. The overall size is that of a typical bath towel, not a bath sheet, and would be a nice addition to the decor of most bathrooms with its neutral, minimalist design. The color is soft and muted, but not at all washed out looking, so is a very pleasant, warm-neutral shade of green that would blend in nicely and match with most similar color-schemes. It's incredibly soft to the touch, with just a tiny bit of stretch, so it feels great to wrap up in. The only drawback, and why I gave it one less star, is that it is not thick, as described. The fibers are dense, which is what helps with making it a bit lighter weight while still delivering the luxurious feel of a thick towel. When I bought this I wasn't sure if the relatively high price (compared to my usual second hand towels) would make a difference. I have been pleasantly surprised to find that there's a pretty big increase in quality with this towel over my others. This towel is extremely soft to the touch, and far less abrasive on my skin - another major pro is the absorbency. One quick rub down your arm and boom it's dry, this of course applies to everywhere on your body! On top of that, the towel is typically ready to go the following day and is nearly completely dry. The size is another pro, but I wouldn't mind having the larger size if I buy more in the future. I bought the 28x55 and while being completely sufficient for drying I think that a slightly larger size would leave this towel feeling even more luxurious. The value is a grey area for me, because it's the most expensive towel I've ever had. However, it offers far better absorption, comfort, and quality than any of my other towels. The Everplush Turkish Towel is Surprisingly Thin. The towel is soft but I was expecting a plush hotel towel, these are thinner than advertised. Still, they dry fast and feel nice against your skin like a lightweight, high-end dish towel. When I saw this bath towel, I had a hard time with the price. $70 for one towel? I thought it must be something very luxurious and wonderful, so I had to give it a try. When it arrived, I was excited to open it and see something so nice and beautiful that it would warrant the high price tag. To a great degree, I was disappointed. It is a pretty towel - I ordered the Sand Beige. It does look very nice and will look nice hanging on the towel rack in the guest bathroom. I had originally ordered it to use for myself. Like I said, the towel looks nice. It's made of 100% combed cotton, so it should hold up for a while. But, that's really where the good stuff ends. This towel is NOT thick and luxurious at all. I'm unsure of what their description of luxurious is, but to me, I don't see anything luxurious about it. In fact, it doesn't even absorb well at all. I used it to dry off after a shower one time and one time only. It met none of my expections that I had of it from reading the listing description. The lack of absorbancy is the reason I washed it and hung it in the guest bathroom...for decorative purposes. Overall, the price is absolutely ridiculous for this towel...unless I'm missing something. Again, it's a pretty towel that's 100% combed cotton. It isn't absorbant or luxurious. In fact, it's rather thin. I'm not satisfied with the product I received due to the exorbitant price tag. Unless the price is lowered - a lot - I do not recommend the towel. Read more
