The suction cup mount is super sticky and I'm more concerned if I can take it off than if it will come off on its own. The rest of the mount feels like another other with the ball screw being the weak spot on the mount. This one is no different. I have a pretty large 7" android auto dispay on my mount. Even with a lot of bouncy rides, the mount is staying stuck on. The screen by bounce a little more but it won't fall down. Read more

I bought this mount for the little screen I use for my backup camera, mostly because the old one I had couldn't hold onto the dashboard for love nor money. If you're like myself, then you've likely been frustrated with GPS, Carplay, Android Auto, or other products that have the incredibly short mounting bracket arms, so they're right up against your windshield and out of reach. Well, this bracket with an adjustable length arm might be worth your time. It's good quality, stabile, and has the extra versatility that an adjustable arm offers. It's reasonably priced for about $13 and functions much like any other mounting bracket, but has the addition of the sliding arm and thumb-screw for tightening. It has a latch for the suction cup vacuum, a swing arm adjustment, the 360 degree rotational mounting plate, and the sliding arm. The four tab plate is extremely common for multiple types of infotainment systems, dashcams, and navigation devices. This isn't cheap, but it's a lot more advanced than the standard mounts that are included with most devices. You do have to be a little careful with this as extending the arm too much could effect the weight balance and cause the suction cup to come loose.
