Took a bit longer to arrive but not an issues. Seems like neoprene wetsuit material which works well. A bit tough to get on but really seems to help with the chronic pain I feel from arthritic shoulders. Does seem to have a bit of excess material at the back of the shoulder but under a dark dress shirt it is really not noticeable. I really do recommend it, just would like to see the fit be a little better. Read more
I used this before I went on my dog walks in the morning. Used it for a about a month. Have a noticeably higher head level when I am walking and it reduced the back pain I was experiencing after days where I was walking over 10 miles. After adjusting my posture using this I don't have the same kind of upper back strain after long walks. I think this item is made very well. I wanted to use it for lifting weights but it doesn’t stay in place the way I had hoped. Will keep working with it to see if I can get it to work properly but might need a little tweaking by the manufacturer. At least it is not that expensive. Read more

Only helps with shoulder going forward. Does NOTHING to stop backwards motion and almost nothing raising arm up to the side. If you have a real pain it will also be challenging to even put on. Just say no. Read more
