They’re lightweight, pack down small, and offer a surprisingly wide range of resistance levels. While I wouldn’t use them every day as a complete replacement for dumbbells, they’re perfect for travel or as a variation to mix into my regular training routine. They’re also especially useful for shoulder work, warm-ups, and mobility exercises. This kit includes six resistance bands, a door anchor, and an ankle strap, all packed neatly in a durable fabric bag. The bands feel sturdy and well-made, measuring roughly 4mm thick, with resistance levels ranging from 15 lbs up to 170 lbs. Each band is clearly labeled with its resistance level and differentiated by color and width, making it easy to grab the right one quickly. In terms of build quality, these bands are excellent—far better than many cheaper alternatives I’ve tried. The material feels strong and consistent, and unlike some tube-and-handle-style bands, these actually deliver resistance levels close to what’s advertised. This is one of the ubiquitous exercise band packs you see plenty of now. The bands are, as you might expect, super useful and virtually indistinguishable from the others out there. They are going to last several years just fine, so long as you don't leave them out in the sun or in high heat. I appreciate they make the effort to label them with approximate "weights". I can't say those weights feel right because the ranges are huge and they are totally dependent on how far you stretch them. However, I've already had great use of the two very light ones. I'm rehabilitating a shoulder after surgery and they've been a great addition to my PT internal and external rotations. The heavy black one will be needed shortly as I try to get back into pull-ups and will need to go light on my shoulder. I string it across my weight rack's spotter arms for bench and stand on it while doing pull-ups. I think it's far more effective than trying to stretch it from the bar down to my foot and less likely to castrate myself too. This set of six definitely gives you more levels of resistance than the normal four pack - the blue and purple weights aren't usually there. I appreciate the variety for extra versatility It does come with a foam door mount. The idea here is you can close the foam part in a door and then attach the bands to that as a mount point. That piece and the two D-rings are pretty cheap and I'd suggest skipping them entirely. But the bands are solid. Read more

I love this set of exercise bands! This set is a great value for the money. The set comes with 6 bands, door anchor, and ankle straps. It is high quality and each band is labeled with its resistance level. So far, I love doing the online exercises with the bands to strengthen my arms and core! The bands are really easy to use and versatile for different workouts. I used to think that I needed to get expensive weights to start strength training, but I am so glad I found the magic of resistance bands. The set even comes with a little "how to."
