Its a nice suitcase. However when its full it makes it very hard to use the front portion. It is actually one of the features I really wanted. And was dissapointed it was worthless. Read more
Wow am I impressed. This little carryon is huge inside and built like a truck yet light weight. The interior has zippered layers to hold your clothing and items in place. The good looking exterior has great features. The lap top and tablet access from the outside is convenient. Don’t forget to put your cell phone in there as well while it goes thru X-ray so no one lifts it out of a tray. You will need a power brick to provide convenient power source to the exterior charge port for your phone or tablet. Two usb connectors are inside and a lap top can serve as a power source also. On the outside there is the cup holder, a tall walking handle, and rollers that are smooth. The TSA locks are a little funky, but, they work as intended. Finally, the packing was very protective insuring the suitcase arrived un damaged. All in all, this is a great carryon value for the money. Read more
It would be a 5, but the cup holder is a failure and I'm penalizing by 2 stars. I've yet to find a coffee cup in an airport that actually fits, from Starbucks to Dunkin' to some generic coffee shops. Cups all lean and are loose/fall out and spill. Useless. Island Elephant do you sell special cups designed to fit the cupholder?? The rest of the bag functions well and holds enough for a 3-4 day trip if you are a carefull packer. The external power port works great, handle is strong enough, the front pocket is useful for quick access and Ive had no issue getting it into Uniteds' overhead bag storage bins. Read more
Absolutely love this bag! 360 wheels, easy locks, I can pack so much in this bag. Easy access to items that need to be taken out at security....and that cup holder....game changer. Fit beautifully in overhead bins. With a vacuum pump, I could pack for weeks with this bad boy. Planning for overseas travel is stress free with the charging capability for my phone as well.
