I purchased two of these to use with my kiddo's easel/whiteboard. It tends to get a bit messier than an office whiteboard, as he randomly tries to draw on it with crayon...chalk....poop (ok, no poop, YET at least). So the fact that I could toss these in the washer was a definite plus over more "normal" erasers (that's why I got two, one for the laundry and one in use). When taken out of the package, the cloth is sewn at the top by a couple loops of cloth. While you can cut these off and unfold the cloth to full size, I actually like leaving the loops intact. It keeps the cloth folded, which is much easier for little hands to hold, and I can always find a clean corner in one of the folds. It also keeps it neat and compact, so I can just drape it over the top of the whiteboard when not in use. Very pleased with these cloths. They work as well as a standard eraser, but give a lot more flexibility. Highly recommended. (This product was a personal purchase for myself at a price available to the public. These cloths do a great job of cleaning a white board. They really remove the residue. However, they don't come very clean when you wash them. They still work great, but look dirty. I keep several so that I have ones to use while the others are in the wash. Read more

As a math teacher, I am constantly writing on and erasing my whiteboards. Will all other erasers, and I've tried several types and brands, a film would be left behind. This eraser is amazing!! No film left behind. They don't fall apart like the sponge erasers and they're washable! Love it!! Can't see any need to find a better eraser. Read more

I use these for my whiteboards/ dry erase boards, as they are intended. They get everything much cleaner than using the fuzzy erasers, and are MUCH better than a paper towel. When they are clean they are also great for cleaning computer screens and even glasses. The few times I've thrown them in the washer they come out perfect and are ready to use again.
