Remember when you had to download software for everything? NO software needed for this! Just plug it in and GO!! I plugged it into my computer and powered on. My computer immediately recognized it and asked if I wanted to burn CDs. YES!! I easily burned my first CD in like 15 years. I bought this item in order to transfer audio CDs to my computer, but it doesn't work. Some files can be transferred, but they don't work. When I go to their site, I can't get any help, it just says this "content is not available". How convenient. What a great way to avoid any responsibility for a sale to a customer.
