My doctor advised me to sleep on an incline. In desperation, I tried one cervical pillow, understanding that I could return it if it didn't help with my sleep. I am happy to report that it provides enough incline to allow me to sleep comfortably when lying on my back. But I needed one that was designed not only for sleeping on the back, but also for sleeping on the side and stomach. So far, the pillow works as advertised. I have not tried other similar products; therefore it is hard to compare or rate this product accurately. However, these are my impressions: the quality of the outer cover is poor--a thin stretchy type of fabric, and the density of the pillow is not top notch--too soft. If your head or neck gets hot while sleeping, this would make you very uncomfortable. I will look for a better quality pillow. Read more
At first it feels soft and wonderful, but it is deceiving. After a bit it starts to feel like a brick. Neck support is too high on one side and too low on the other. Wake up to pain in my head, neck and traps/upper back. No trial period so can’t return. Read more
