My one con with this mat is that when you unroll it, the top stays curled in a loop. I use 1lb weights to flatten it out. Other than that, it's a great mat. It's large which I really like. The thickness is there but I would recommend using the thicker version of this mat (which I also have) if you have knee problems or back issues and plan on doing a long floor routine. I like the size and the softness. However, it doesn’t seem like the best quality, I feel like it will rip easily and it does indent easily. I use it for laying down Pilates exercises , but don’t like practicing standing poses or yoga on it, because it doesn’t offer a secure stand, I feel like it shifts under my feet. Read more

This is a large yoga mat. It is four inches longer and over eight inches wider than a typical mat. I stretch and work out (yoga, Pilates, strength) on a mat every day. At 6'2" tall, it is nice to have the extra space. With regards to the other characteristics, here is what you need to know: - This is a TPE mat. It is durable, soft at low thickness, and easy to clean. It is a bit heavier than other types of mats. - The 7mm thickness is adequate and works well on smooth surfaces. It is not super cushy. - The surfaces are textured and provide a solid grip. It doesn't slide around. - It has an initial curl, but this will go away with use. I am very excited to have this mat and will use it often. The size is unique, and the rest of the performance is solid.
