We used to camp with air mattresses but this time we had our baby with us and I wanted something more comfortable and insulated for 40° weather. This was also the only 4” option I could find. We ended up getting three of them (2 twin and 1 single) to fit into our 6-person tent. The four of us were so comfortable and cozy. No squishing sounds when moving around and better insulated than the air mattress. When we got back from our camping trip, I was ready to go camping again because this mattress is that comfortable! I now use it as a floor mattress in our living room for naps with my toddler. They’re easy to roll up and store in the bag it came with. And the cover is removable and washable. I bought this because I have a bad back and wondered if this would be better than an air mattress. It was better in every way. The quality is great and the memory foam is of good quality. I bought two twin mattresses and made a king bed out of it. I was able to sleep comfortably with my son and husband. All night, they slept without feeling anyone’s movements and feeling warm - my husband complains about the noise air mattresses make and he always feels cold in one so this was a major improvement. We will never have to buy an air mattress ever again. The only thing is 4 inches is not thick enough for me as a person with arthritis. So my arthritis flared up because the mattress on the floor was too firm for my arthritic bones. BUT when I put the 4 inch mattress on top of the other to make it an 8 inch mattress, it was a great hack for creating a real mattress feel. Keep in mind, you will need ample space to store this mattress. If you have the room, buy two and make a large bed or stack them. It’s awesome. The back pack picks are a little misleading. I need a camping mattress but really am not a fan of air mattresses. This memory foam is nice and thick but lightweight and easy to unroll and set up. It has enough softness and gives with my weight without feeling the ground under it. When laid on top of a thin inflatable camping pad, perfection! Read more

Bought two of these for overlanding in the back of our truck, super comfy and fit the space perfect. Pretty easy to roll up as well, a little bulky but works great for keeping in the truck, but I wouldn’t want to backpack with them. Read more
