This is a large exercise pad that is quite thick. It’s not soft but it does absorb the shock to my joins during high jumps. It doesn’t have a smooth surface so that helps prevent slipping. Read more

This exercise mat not only provides a nice large area to work with but also provides good comfort and traction as well. It allows me to focus on my workout more than focusing on staying on the mat, and it’s easy to wipe clean when necessary. The textured surface provides the perfect balance between being hard enough to be waterproof and durable enough to withstand abrasion, while being soft enough to offer comfort and good traction while barefoot. The mat did come with a noticeable odor, but at least not one that smelled toxic. I’d say it smelled more like a new pair of athletic shoes. Nevertheless, leaving the window open in the room it was in, made this a non issue in a few days. The included carry bag is also convenient and makes the large mat easy to carry. After opening the package, I used the carry strap right away to easily and comfortably move the mat upstairs. I highly recommend this exercise mat. Read more

Very comfortable. Nice large size even at 6’x4’ size. I probably should have gone a size larger or maybe the largest. It’s comfortable to practice jiu jitsu warm ups. The largest size would have been perfect for that. Roll it up very tight if you plan on getting back in the carry bag. The net part is great for airflow but if you don’t roll tight enough. The mat kind gets stuck in the net part of the bag when trying to store it. Rolling it tight makes it easier for the bag to easily slip over it. I think it’s worth the price point for how great of a quality it is. Only time will tell about the durability. I can say it’s great for my workouts and stores nicely. Read more
