This is the first time I've encountered a product that comes in a box without the product name on it. Inside or just on the box sides, there are no instructions for safe use, no list of materials used, and no indication of who tested it. The only marking is that it was made in China. All that was in the box was a 4" H x 2 1/4" D roll covered in plastic. The inside of the tape has a gridded protective paper coating (see photo). I tested this product on my wrist for a day. The adhesive is quite good. The tape holds well and doesn't slip, though it slightly limits my range of motion. The tape isn't very elastic, but it provides good stabilization and support for the joint. The skin underneath the tape warms up slightly during wear. After a shower, the tape stays in place, doesn't peel off, and the skin underneath remains dry. Removing the tape is difficult because the adhesive is powerful. If the skin beneath the tape is inflamed, damaged, or hairy, removing the tape may be painful. Read more

I like that this kinesiology tape is pre-cut, which makes it very easy to apply. And the grids on the back are very helpful if you need to cut them smaller or split them to go around joints. The adhesive is VERY strong. Like waxing the hair off your legs strong. It is definitely waterproof too, which is great for those of us who get very sweaty! And it's supportive in exactly the way you want with this kind of tape. The only thing that isn't great is that it's only 10 pieces for a current price that's comparable to other tapes that come with much more product. This tape is very convenient. Pre-cut strips are great to work with. Applying the tape is easy, and once it’s on, it actually feels really solid. It gives proper support, isn't too difficult to apply, and isn't too difficult to remove either. The key feature to this tape over others - in my opinion - is that the tape is on one long continuous roll.. that you tear off at the separation for the individual strips. This helps to ensure that random pieces of tape don't end up all over your training bag. Plus, for more intricate shapes or applications, there is a guide for cutting the tape on the back of the adhesive paper. Overall, this is a good quality product. This tape is on par with other kinesiology tapes that I have used. Stickiness and adherence is good. Elasticity is adequate. It is precut into 4"x10" sections for easy use. At around $10 per roll, good value for the dollar. Read more

These pre- cut strips work well. The wide strips are handy and easy to use. The material is a bit on the thin side but it still worked fine. My only complaint about these strips is that when I used them on my leg and pulled on my sock, they rolled up at the edges and loosened.
