It is generously large, works well to soften a hard floor, and is quite tough. I'm 6' 3" and 220 lbs. While working out on it with my whole body stretched out in a push up form, I can fit onto the mat except a small portion me, typically just my feet. Easy to do crunches, no grinding my back into the hard floor. I've dropped weights on it and no noticeable damage with the floor underneath being concrete. This is a great mat. I wanted a mat big enough for when stretching or doing push ups and this size is perfect. The material is good. It’s thick enough for comfort. However, it can get marks that will remain. I was wearing an outfit that had a zipper and the slider dented the mat. That’s the only reason I am giving it 4 stars. Also, although the mat remains in place it does moves around a bit. But compared to my old one it doesn’t move at all. I wish I would have chosen a darker color as it looks gross when sweating on it. I use it several times a week when I do my kettlebell routines! Rolls up easily, easy to clean when finished, thick enough to provide some padding but not heavy, rolls up and stores easily, and a totally decent price! I have zero complaints about this purchase.
