Fantastic customer service!!
Bought this fence in July and installed it with no problems. Works great with our dog. Have worked with customer service twice and had amazing response and support both times. First call to customer service was for assistance in understanding the settings and they really helped get me oriented to the system. Second call was today when I accidently snapped off a collar prong switching out small studs for the long ones. Andrew was incredibly nice, professional and helpful and told me it was not a problem at all and they are shipping me a replacement collar. Half expected to be told I broke it so I would need to buy a new one. It is very rare to have someone stand behind their product in such a way! I never write reviews but just have to make note of their amazing focus on the customer and service they provide. Would highly recommend this system and this company!! Read more
