I was excited to try out this product. I tend to have sinus issues that give me dark circles around my eyes. I’m hoping that using this eye massager consistently will help. I immediately charged it up when it arrived. The USB- C cable is included along with a nice dust bag for storage. When ready to use, I placed it comfortably over my eyes and turned on the power. It started talking! How futuristic is that!! It is super simple to use with one button operation to cycle through the various modes. It plays nature sounds while in operation. I’m sure this is in part to distract from the sound of the air compressing and being released. There are beehive like openings in the eye area in case you want to watch tv or are claustrophobic. The massaging is generated from air filling and releasing in the eye and nose area of the mask. It feels wonderful. It also has heat! I am enjoying this eye massager and will get lots of use from it. The first thing I noticed after unboxing this eye massager is that it’s really high quality and well made. We’ve all gotten the lightweight and cheaply made electronics, but no worries about that with these. The materials are nice and smooth, there’s a nice weight to them, the hinges for them to fold work well and silently, the included instructions are great, they include a charging cord and a nice drawstring storage bag. Actually using this eye massager is simple and easy. After slipping them on I push the button, choose the mode I want and lay back and relax. I have found that they work much better and stay on much better when I am laying down and not sitting up or walking around. When I sit up or walk around I do find that they slide down on my face a bit, but laying down they stay on fine. They massage and squeeze with air compression, there’s vibration massaging, they heat up and they play light music and nature sounds. The heat levels are perfect for me. I’ve had other similar items that get way too hot and others that don’t even get warm, but the level of heat on these are great. I don’t sweat but I can feel the warmth just enough. The massaging and squeezing feels amazing, especially when I have a headache or migraine. I really like cycling through the different modes and have actually went through all of them in one sitting, that’s how good it felt! The holes on the front allows you to see when they are on - which is a pro and a con in my opinion. I do like having the ability to see so I know if someone comes in the room and I can walk around if I want to while I have them on. I would love if there was a cover or switch to close the holes off because it would be nice to have a blackout option at times, being in pitch darkness would be even more relaxing. The only negative thing I have is they aren’t the most comfortable to wear. They aren’t “uncomfortable” but I do find myself adjusting it multiple times during use. It would be nice if it was a bit more padded around the face, but that might restrict the amount of massage and squeezing. It would also be nice if there was a strap on the top of the head also to help hold it in place even better, but I do know many people wouldn’t like that. So all in all, I can deal with the slight uncomfortable-ness because I do love the massaging, squeezing and heat. I’ve used this eye massager every day (usually more than once a day!) since I got it. This eye massager is such a relaxing and helpful gadget! The heat feels soothing, especially after a long day or when I have a headache. It’s really good for easing tension and helping with dry eyes, and I’ve noticed I fall asleep faster after using it. The Bluetooth music feature is a nice touch, letting me play calming tunes while I relax. It’s lightweight and folds up, so it’s easy to take with me when I travel. This is a review of the NOWCOZY Eye Massager with Heat, I suffer from an autoimmune condition that causes dry eye; I have had all 4 tear ducts cauterized to help with the discomfort. I have tried many several eye massagers over the years and have found some that really help me out. Saying that, I was eager to get this one. This comes very well-packaged and secured in a nice storage box. This charges up fairly quickly which is great. One of the things I really like is that it is fairly lightweight and you can open your eyes to see through them. I have never had an eye massager that did that so big thumb’s up on that. This also has a Bluetooth option and/or you can listen to the music. Personally, I never like this feature and don't use it, but I will say the sound on this one is the best I have tried. This massager heats up well and best of all, it doesn’t hurt my head/face when I first put it on. If you have tried similar eye massagers, you know they can be a little painful just resting on your head until the massage function starts. Not so with this one. It is also easy to reach the buttons that toggle through the various heat/music/massage modes. In critique, I prefer a much stronger massager function. Perhaps because this is so comfortable on, the compression isn’t as strong as I would like. Still, this really is a nice, heated eye massager and I think it would be good for most people. The "NOWCOZY Eye Massager with Heat" has good air compression. You cannot adjust the compression levels as suggested in the pictures at the item listing page. There are five modes that can be changed by short pressing the power button. The heat will be on or off depends on the mode you selected. You can not adjust the heat level as suggested in the pictures at the item listing page. The heat is noticeable, but minimum. The vibration is also very weak. This is not an eye mask. It won't block the light because there are two openings so that you can see. Read more
It seems a little bulky at first, but once this is on your eyes and the heat and massage start, it is wonderful. It supports bluetooth for soothing music or you can leave it quiet. The controls are easy to operate and the massage feature works well. It does not include a charger, but does have the USB charging cable. Read more
