Great Relief! Works Perfectly.
I had to stop what I'm doing to write this review. This little eye cup works PERFECTLY. I'm a big guy, so maybe small people need a smaller one, but as far as —Holding my eye open, —Shooting a soft blast of eyewash into and all over my eye, I can't imagine it being better. Once I was done with a few blasts in each eye, I quickly realized what Great Relief comes from having a day's grit and contaminants flushed out of your eye! It feels sooooo good! I pulled my eyelids open, THEN pushed the silicone-edged cup on to hold them there and washed away stuff I didn't even realize was causing me SO much irritation. But you notice it when it's GONE! And this little soft jet shooting eye wash does it Perfectly. Highly effective and great relief for so little money. * * * * UPDATE * * * * I took the time to photo what I saw in the wash liquid after my second time using this marvelously simple and effective eye wash cup— I took a photo through the big lighted magnifying glass I have mounted to my desk at home. An iPhone pic made while looking through the magnifying glass is not easy— I didn't have a tri-pod. So I had to enhance it a bit for focus and clarity; but you can see (if you look close), up the side of the cup it looks like silica sand clinging to the wall of the cup. These are NOT BUBBLES! I let the bubbles settle out. 90% of what you can see is GRIT of some kind. Not to mention the liquid, which starts out crystal clear is now cloudy and contaminated. Here's how much better my eyes feel each time I do this wash— Say you got lost as a toddler in the woods and you were raised by wolves— (the old story) Then one day as a teenager you are discovered by Mormon Pioneers running around naked in the Utah mountains. They clean you up, put on clothes... start teaching you how to talk, etc. Two weeks in, they give you a brand new boar hair toothbrush and some tooth powder and help you brush your teeth for the first time. THAT'S how great and different my eyes feel after a proper wash for the first time in my life. Maybe we need a new rule— Brush, AND FLUSH three times every day. These ARE, after all... our precious eyes. Yes nature cleans them well, but we can do better with modern silicone and acrylic technology. (I'm loving this if you can't already tell) I also happen to love simple, creative, and effective solutions that actually work. Read more
