This is a handy tool to have especially for travel. I didn’t like it so much for the eyebrows. Because that area is not flat, you need to pull the skin a bit to get a better trim. I find it more tedious than just using a tweezer. It works better for the upper lip area, possibly because that part is flatter and the hairs are finer. No, it doesn’t hurt since this is like an electric shaver so it doesn’t pull the hair. The LED light doesn’t really do a good job illuminating as it misses the exact area you are trimming which is the very center (see photo). Battery life isn’t an issue since you only use it for a few minutes at a time. But I do suggest removing the battery prior to cleaning and storing for safety. I’m not a fan of the twist on/off since twisting too far to the left opens the battery compartment. Overall, I think this is a good value for money. I normally go get my upper lip hairs threaded, but I may just continue to use this instead to save some money. Read more

This is a nice little portable trimmer. It’s well designed and easy to use. The materials seem to be of mid quality and this may not be durable for years and years but it is nice enough to last for a while with good care and maintenance. I like that it has a built-in LED light to see easier. It runs on one included AAA battery making it super portable and also includes a handy cleaning brush. The head part pops off for easy cleaning. I tried this in some different areas and it worked by far the best for trimming nose hairs, which it does beautifully and painlessly. This is a nice little trimmer to keep in your purse or car for on-the-go maintenance. It’s a good value and I recommend it. Read more

I was skeptical about this working well when I ordered it and boy, was I glad when this came. This is actually everything it advertises itself to be. The pictures are not misleading at all. The size is travel size, perfectly compact like a lipstick. The color is correct and it the design is fantastic. And, most importantly, it works. Honestly, I am super impressed with this. It's not rechargeable. It uses a battery. That's a pro for me for traveling. I hate having to charge a million things and for some reason, I can only find like one or two cords when I'm packing for trips. Everything rechargable dies if you don't use it and it would have to be recharged if I traveled with it. With a battery, it won't die by being unused between trips. As for use, it works just as well as any other flat head shaver. It worked on my legs and face. Granted, I am blonde and I don't have super course hair. I imagine if you had dark, thick hair, it wouldn't be as close as a shave with razors but for myself, it took off all visible hair after a few strokes. It left my legs smooth but I would still recommend moisturizing after like you should after each dry shave. It's easy to use as well. You just run it over the spot you are shaving a couple times. The cover lid also has a satisfying snap that keeps it secure. The most annoying thing about this shaver is that when you turn it on, you can accidentally open the battery slot. For some reason the arrows are all super close. I would have put the "open" slot further away from the "on" slot. But other than that, it's great. Read more

This little gem has saved me money by eliminating my trips to the waxing lady that I curse every time for her torture. I can simply grab those wild hairs that refuse to stay in perfect form with their counter parts. I can do this painlessly now and, on my time, and terms. I am at that age that stray hairs leave my head and pop up somewhere on my face. I swear that is what is happening, it is the only explanation. I found that I can use this for those stragglers that tweezers can’t get hold of also. Bonus! This was easy to clean with the included brush and appears that it will last I like this this guy can travel with me and there is no need to recharge.
