You can always add whatever chile or spice you think it needs and it will taste just like your own homemade recipe without all the work. The recipe they post on the bag calls for too little water in my opinion. In other words, each bomb goes further than they advertise which is great! I guess it call depends on your individual taste. Buy it!!!! If you have ever made red pozole from scratch you know it’s not a quick process. This was so easy and so good. Take a cheap piece of meat like country ribs and turn it into an amazing meal. I did add some extra broth because it would have been too spicy for my husband but so delicious. Minus the toppings it’s only 3 ingredients. I look forward to trying the other spice bombs. Read more
Pozole made easy! I was impressed by the authentic flavor. I don't like very spicy red chile so this was just the perfect spice temperature for me. Some people make their own red chile to add some extra heat because it's not spicy enough for them. I will definitely be purchasing these again. This was a great buy for me. I’m usually out of the house taking my kid to school and different therapies so i rarely have the time to cook. With these bombs I was able to make a good Mexican meal that tasted like authentic pozole. I just put it in my crockpot and it was ready to eat by the time I was home. Just follow directions for 6 hours on high heat. The pozole has a little kick to it fyi. I wouldn’t say it was spicy though. Read more

It is very good and easy to make. But be sure to boil the meat first to get rid of the yuck and oil. You don't want all that oil in the broth. Read more
