I have had quite a few medication containers over the years and I can honestly say I like this one the most. It is a bit big for my needs but it’s not a big deal. It fits larger pills easily and will hold a lot of them. My favorite thing is the container they store in. It is very easy to open and has a nice quality seal as well. I have tried tossing it in the air and letting it fall and it did not come open and the individual containers also stayed closed. I know for some this may sound silly but I travel a lot and it’s nice to know that your medications are safe and secure and aren’t going to be in the bottom of your bag all mixed up or worse crushed. The individual cases are smooth and won’t scratch or possibly snag on your bag/purse either. They open easily but won’t just pop open on their own. If you want something small this is not for you but if you need something sturdy that will hold larger pills and keep them secure I definitely recommend this one! Read more

> I take lotsa prescription medications. I've found that if I spread them out during the day (at roughly 1/2 hour intervals), my sleep is less disturbed at night. In addition there is less stress on my liver and kidneys, which is all good. Morning/Lunch/early Dinner/Before Bed works well. Normally, my "Before Bed" container is used primarily for levothyroxine (largely to avoid interference with/by Metformin which I take first thing in the morning). Morning/late Afternoon/Before Bed works well for medications (such as antibiotics and cold remedies) which need to be taken 3x daily. > For some reason, the lids easy stay vertical when I'm loading the pills -- That was not the case with very similar 3x/day pill boxes I have used. > No internal divisions in the outer box (unlike my 3x/day pillbox), therefore daily pill boxes are easier to remove from the outer pill boxes (because there is more cumulative slack)/ > More solid and more secure closure than my very similar 3x/day pillbox. For me, that's only a factor to consider for travel. With my 3x/day pill boxes, I usually packed them secured with rubberbands to be sure that they would not open. > Individual daily pill containers a little smaller than my very similar 3x/day pillbox --- large capsules/caplets can only wedge in sideways --- but I can still get 3 or 4 such large capsules/caplets in a single compartment, along with smaller pills. > The only shortcoming is that the overall size is pretty large --- I'm reluctant to use this pillbox for travel. This is my second purchase from this brand. I lost one of the strip boxes from my other set, and I just couldn’t live w/o Thursday! The outside box is very secure - nothing will fall out accidentally! The strips are a good weight of plastic, the lids stay closed, and the markings on each are clear and easy to read. From prior experience I can confid ntly say that the markings are not going to rub off. I love the convenience of having my medicine all sorted and ready for the week. I bought two as I wanted to be able to fill my husband's pills for 14 days. They only just arrived, but I'm already in love with the functionality! Both the lock-tight storage case & the individual pillbox lids are easy for me to open---though they might not be as simple if the user has limited hand strength. This works well, just be careful when closing the main compartment. It's not spill-proof & it will break. The daily rainbow pattern helps organize/know what day it is. With that said, don't drop them, they will also spill. I keep them inside a zip to close container/bag. Read more

These are fantastic. It’s very difficult to find an easy-to-use, 4 times a day, weekly pill container set. It’s made my life so much easier- I wonder how I got along without it before! I’ve only had this pill box a few days, but I’m already in love with it. The reason I ordered this particular model is because with the old model I had (of the same brand) the compartments would come open randomly on occasion and pills would fall out as I tipped the entire container to dispense the pills into my hand. I was constantly afraid my dogs would get a hold of them accidentally. With this box, each separate compartment is only 4 sections and then all of those are secured in their own locked case. Since each 4-section compartment is smaller, I don’t have to worry about pills accidentally spilling from loose doors as I tip the entire case to dispense them. I only have one small section to tip and therefore have more control. The doors also seem more secure with a lip on them, so I don’t worry about other pills falling out from loose doors being open without my knowing. Read more

This is a great pill organization system if you like being able to remove the compartmented day's worth of pills so you can just carry that with you. Each day has 4 compartments and fits easily in a pocket or even my smallest purse. The large case that holds all the daily cases is well made and very sturdy, even when smashed into my carry-on. I now own 2 f these cases so I can travel for 2 weeks without having to refill the days. Read more
