I prefer this medication organizer over others we have. The plastic outer container latches well which keeps the daily organizers from opening and medication spilling out. The latches for each day are sturdy and have a great latch so I don’t fear if opening if I take one day of meds out if we are away from home. The slots for each time of day are nice and deep and can hold several capsules and tablets. I couldn’t be happier with this organizer and will refer to family and friends. I put my day's pills out for ease in dosing. This pill holder makes it easy. I don't have to leave out the whole container for just one days ' worth of pills. Each day has 3 compartments, generously sized. Read more

The clear outer box measures 8” X 4.5” X 1”. I do take pills/vitamins with each meal so having 3 compartments for each day is ideal. I take 9 pills in the morning and I was surprised that this many would fit in the small box. This is particularly a good organizer to help you remember that you have or haven’t taken pills on schedule. Each day also lifts out of the tray so you can carry it along separately if you are going out. I only gave 3 stars for travel because, while perfect for carrying a week’s supply of pills, you are out of luck for longer trips. The individual compartments snap open and closed easily, as does the tray. This would make it secure for traveling in a suitcase for a week long trip. (N.B.
