First time using this type of contraption. Alternative to going to the threading salon for lip and side burns. It actually works really well once you get the technique down. Roll your fingers out not in. The pain is similar to threading which can be intense at first but gets easier if you are consistent. It's satisfying watching it pull out the tiniest hairs all at once. For side burns trim down the hair real small this works better with tiny hairs. I'm excited, for $3 I'll be saving $$ by not having to go to the salon anymore. Read more

This little device is part of my daily routine. You ladies out there who suffer from chin hair will know what I’m talking about. It plucks them all at the same time. There is a learning curve to get used to it but once you do, it is very, very helpful. I have not tried to do eyebrows. It seems like it would pull too many out or not in a specific pattern. I admit, perfecting the technique involves more time than I am willing to invest right now. For a week now, I have tried to exfoliate my chin with no success; my facial hair just does not entangle with the exfoliator; hair slides right around and through the coils, and the exfolliator gives me no discernable results. Because, essentially, nothing happens. I have watched the videos for this and other items like it for technique training but I am presently unable to make it work for myself. So I am putting it aside and going back to tweezing for now. Returning it would be too wasteful in more ways than one and, who knows, it might work for me someday or for another task as yet unknown to me. I have hope. Read more

I'm 60. If I shave my face, it breaks out. Tweezing is fine for small areas like eyebrows and "mustache" areas, but my peach fuzz was outta control. This works great for that. It removes large areas of hair as opposed to tweezing one hair at a time. I will recommend that all hairdos be pulled back completely. This thing GRABS any loose hairs, like my "sideburn" hairs. I won't make that mistake again. 😉 For $5, it's a fantastic product. Instructions are in Chinese, but easy enough to figure out. I'm used to the "pain" of plucking, so this wasn't as bad for me than it might be for others. Overall, I recommend. Read more
