Love this bag!!! I bought it as a concert bag bc of the size . It fits all the different venues size requirements and I have tons of room for all my items plus the "freebies" fans make to hand out in line pre~show. I also like the colors..subtle for me. It's zipper quality is exactly the smooth "heavy" feel that you know it isn't cheap and going to break. There never was a first time smell to it either so if anyone experienced that just wasn't the case for me. It really is a good quality feel and constructed bag for the money. I have a Samsung Galaxy 24+ and the phone pocket is actually so wide if you had a lil bit wider item it would fit it nicely as well but fits my phone perfectly. I like the built in card holder section and the separate inside zippered pocket. Both sides are roomy for everything but having the extra outside zippered areas for storage add an even better balance as well. I haven't loved a bag this much and been so satisfied with the whole design in a very long time. I'm really glad I opted for this one among the many choices out there. I'm short 4'10" and the size of this bag still isn't too big or too small for my height and I think the size would still be good for ppl who are taller as well. I'm huge on crossover purses, and I've very picky. I've been searching for awhile to replace my old purse. Let me say in so happy that I choice this purse. Its not bulky its not too small, it has enough space and pockets to allow me to bring my important things and not allow me to over crowd with nonsense. I've been in love ever since I started using it day one. I actually feel naked without it on. Ladies you will not miss out if you buy this purse. The quality is amazing for the price too. Love all the different compartments, quality and size. My only request is the credit card holder slots are too small to slide a card into and out easily. They are also too deep, had to put tissue in bottom of each slot to lift card up. Bought a credit card holder that. has chain and using an extender I can attach it to any pocket.
