Love the bag, however the cup holder is smaller than normal and will not hold paper coffee cups. Had to buy a special skinny bottle just for the bag to use the cup holder. 3in Read more
So disappointed in no response from seller
I travel for business extensively and wanted a carryon that would be make it easier going through TSA with everything assessable. I bought this carryon in September 2025 and it worked perfectly until it didn't. Almost immediately the usb ports on top of the case stopped working. I checked my cords, power bank and made sure everything was connected correctly. But it just stopped working and of course I was out of the window for returns. I contacted the seller but haven't gotten a word back. This is so disappointing I really did like this piece. Read more
