Great set of shoehorns, will last forever!
This is a great set for the money. My feet swell and sometimes I have to use a shoe horn to avoid ruining the backs of my shoes. I have some sports shoes that I need a shoe horn to avoid pushing the back of the shoe down becasue of the fit of the shoe. One of these shoe horns stays on my shoe rack, one went in my gym bag, and the smallest one, which is plastic stays in my carry-on suitcase so no issues going through secuirty at the airport. STURDY AND USEFUL
After angst over an old metal shoehorn I had with a spring on it, I finally sprung for a pair of these. I was worried based on the reviews that they would be wimpy and bend, but NOT so! They are quite sturdy and you would have to work very hard to bend them. Super easy to use..so glad I got them. They are a good length. Able to use without having to bend over much. As a young man, we used shoe horns for all dress shoes ages ago. And then they sort of fell out of use it seems. I wanted to get one to use to help put on my Brooks shoes because I have ruined the fabric of the heel sections again and again in every pair after wearing a while. I got these long ones on a whim. I told a young man working with me at a hospital about the horns, and he told me that HE has been using the long horns for his running shoes for years - for the same reason. Ha.
