Manufacturer sent replacement cup. No problems. These really do work great and my grandson loves them. Some people complain it doesn't hold enough but it's perfect. I keep the drink next to it. If it gets too frozen add a little and it's drinkable through the straw again. Or just use the little spoon end. They work for a good time so even if you drink it all you just add more drink and slush it up again. 👍 They work great. Best to refrigerate the drink beforehand. However, one of the cups got a hole in the bottom the 3rd time it was used. This causes the liquid to leak out and go in between the cold area and the colorful outer layer. This leads to a very big mess... Might have been a defective one. If the other holds up for a while I might order more. Read more

Froze the cup for 24 hrs then put a cold juice drink in it and it worked amazing, less than 45 seconds of squeezing and it was frozen, just make sure you don’t put too much in at once, you can keep adding more drink as you eat the slush and it will keep freezing even just stirring it in Read more

These slushy cups really work! I keep them in my freezer, ready to turn any drink I have into a slushy! The cup material is nice and thick, easy washable, and easy to squeeze to make the drink slushee! The only slightly negative thing I can say , is the rim of the lid is hard to get back on after washing. It’s not impossible, just a little tricky, and it wouldn’t keep me from buying this again! Really fun product. There’s a learning curve to the squeezing part of the process but it’s pretty easy. Just hard to explain. Gave one to myself to make diabetes friendly slushies. Gave one to my 16 year old grandson. He laughed when he saw what it was and said he wanted one so bad when he was in middle school. So he gets to live his tween fantasy. Well made. Fun idea. Washes well. ( I hand wash/rinse mine) Any liquid works great ( milk products take a bit more to slush) Value for the set of 2 is nice. No weird plastic smell or taste. EDIT: The seller reached out to me after my original review (below) to offer to replace the defective cup. I received a brand new set in the mail and both cups in the new set work great!! My kids were able to turn V8 Splash into a legitimately icy slushie after just a few minutes! So cool! Five stars for excellent customer service and a really neat product! I also have taken the cups apart to wash and have reassembled them several times at this point with no problems. Everything fit back together just fine! I do recommend this product for a fun, icy treat! ORIGINAL REVIEW: I want to love this item — it’s very cool. Unfortunately, one of the two cups arrived with a hole in the white liner, which means the liquid quickly leaks out into the silicone cup before it can become frozen. We discovered this the first time we used the cup. The other cup works as intended. It’s a cool product, but half of the set arrived broken, so I cannot recommend it. Read more
