It's an ok squeeze ball.
This is good for hand exercises while sitting in the hot tub. It's a bit fragile though. My Yorkie started with the first one as a chew toy, and an 8-year-old kid finished tearing holes in it. It does work as it should if you protect it from curious kids and puppies. Read more

The finger grips have already torn. It still works as a squeeze ball but would have preferred round as opposed to oval. Read more

My MD recommended my using a finger exerciser to strengthen my grip. I found these on Amazon that are just right to fit my ladies hand. Great to exercise and just the right strength. When used properly, the give a lot of pain relief. Great value for the money!! Read more
