After trying several products for curling hair, I have finally found the perfect match. This small but effective curling iron is perfect for this 80 year old lady with thinning hair. Perfect! Had my hair cut short right before a trip and needed a curling iron to take. This one was actually longer than expected which is good. It heats up very hot on highest temp. I've only used it once but it curled my short hair exactly the way I wanted it to. It was difficult to use my standard size curling iron causing me to burn my fingers. This is small enough to curl short hair but not make the curls too tight. I notice that the curled hair stays that way longer. My hair tends to flatten out by midday. I g don't have short hair but I choose this curling iron bcoz it was a value for my money and it works well for me. It really does a great job & u don't have to have short hair for this curling iron to work. It's up to you to know how to manage The durability is fantastic as tas the heat & temperature control.
