Does take a few minutes to put together, but nothing to complicated. Been using for a few months (along with my boys) - seems to hold up pretty good. Im 6'4" 205 and it works, steps/wood is holding my weight, etc. I use rubber bans on this as well, very helpful during a workout. I have it in the garage, mounted 2x4's horizontally across the studs, then mounted this ladder on the 2x4s...works well structurally. Read more

So happy to have chosen this swedish ladder! It works perfectly for our needs! You need to be a strong person to assemble it alone ... but 2 people can manage it well. Company has a wonderful customer service. I was asking for enforcements which didn’t arrive and got it right away. Btw .... this additional enforcements are on the picture for the new ladder. I got the old one, where those enforcements wouldn’t be necessary. Anyway I got it and drilled some wholes to place it. So glad that there is still existing good ‚old fashioned‘ customer service! So the wall brackets are NOT made to fit United States 16" wall studs. The supplied drywall anchors were comical and slide right out of the wall. I ended up fashioning my own wall plates and anchoring THOSE to the studs. Then I drilled in the stall bars frame into my wall plates so my anchors are only about 1.5" deep instead of 3". I am afraid to use the supplied gymnastic rings since I hear A LOT of creaking and buckling. I would not be surprised if this whole thing ripped out of my wall under duress. The rest of the assembly was cumbersome and the directions didn't recommend any tips like how to lay the pieces down in order to achieve best for without angled joints. The supplied hardware was useless and I ended up using a ratchet set and a power drill to much success. I painted my frame a matte black to achieve a richer more "Rogue" style gym. Overall, this would be great for stretching, light gymnastic work. (Pull ups seem sturdy) and maybe some band workouts. I can't say I would recommend for serious home gyms but it's fine for light recreational use. Read more

Looks great, works great. It took my husband almost 30min + to put together. Everything aligns well. You just have to remember to tighten the bolts in a X pattern to align everything well. I was scared it would not hold my weight or my husband’s, there was no issue at all! It held great. Looks amazing in our gym room. I’m very happy it came with the rings and the rest of the equipment. It’s such a great purchase Read more

As some other reviewers have mentioned, there were definitely some issues here: 1. Nowhere in the product description does it mention a specific type of wall. The holes in the brackets do not align with standard studs, so if you just follow the directions you'll have a loosely mounted stall bar that wouldn't hold a toddler. 2. The exact number of screws are provided, but unfortunately one of them was defective. This leads to my next point... 3. Be ready for a Home Depot run! Purchased three 2x4s, some 4" screws, and some patches to clear up the first attempt to mount this guy without the extra gear. Due to past experiences, I expected a scam, and for no one to respond when I voiced my concerns. However, customer service was prompt and very nice. Also, the quality of the wood is excellent, including the rings that come with it. Bottom line is there is not a price point anywhere near as low this one, BUT you need to offset this with your $35 worth of your own shopping trips. You also need to be fairly handy to figure this out - nothing too crazy but also important if you don't own power tools or have to mount several of these. Depending on your situation, you are looking at a one star or a five star item. Read more

It’s hard to even know where to begin. The assembly instructions are awful, yet after pushing through I got it assembled. With everything “together” it still wobbled. I mean they give you this crappy hand tool to tighten bolts. At least my husband had the proper drill bits for screwing it together. Once it was time to assemble, the brackets do NOT align with the studs. Studs are standard widths and the way these are mounted, it’s impossible to get them in the studs. The garbage drywall anchors they provide couldn’t hold the weight of the unit, let alone a person. After hours of trying to redesign this garbage and flip around brackets to align with studs my husband gave up and said “throw that s&$# in the trash. He is correct. What a waste of money. Any of these other reviews cannot be real. I not have 12 holes in my wall and $220 in the garbage. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND ENERGY. Read more

Quality of stall bars and overall product is good. Assembly was pretty simple but the directions end when it comes to installing to wall. They do not mention securing to studs but the parts that come with it to use would not work. We had to first find the studs and then put a board up where the brackets secure. This board was needed as the dimensions are not standard to a US typical built house. Regardless we got it installed but be prepared to have boards and extra/different bolts/screws. Read more
