Does all the good things when trying to immobilize or lessen movement of your wrist. I really like that it has an inside stretchy lining that helps with pinching or abrasion from the material. They provided me with relief from tendonitis issues though for some things it does have to be removed but no biggie. It slips on/off easy and adjusts just as easily. The only con I can think of, for me and maybe not others, it the top stiffener bar would press on the top of my hand in certain positions and after a bit it would remind me to change positions due to being uncomfortable. That would def not stop me from buying these again. Read more
