I came across this faja and after readying all the comments , I decided to order a size L . Because I notice it has 3 road of clips but. It’s too loose it’s like you don’t have a faja on ! This is my 1st time ever trying a waist trainer, I am 43. I should have invested in one of these years ago. The 1st time I used it, It really improved my posture. However over the week I've used it, it has taken shape to my body. Which isn't bad but I feel like its not as firm as when I got it. What I love about it is that it snatches my waist line so much. I’ve been into wearing fajas for years now. This one has a decent cling. It feels strong, a little stretch. I should have sized down from my XL to a L. I only got the XL cause I put on a little weight, and also the review comments, but should have known better!. Fajas are meant to be super tight. It should be hard to breathe at first lol.. so if it was easy to put on then it’s too big. I’m going to keep this one to exercise in and buying the large or medium..
