So excited to start using them. I love that it's easy to create combinations of weights depending on your workouts. These are great for traveling during extended periods (at in-law's for two weeks) but also for home. I'm working on increasingly building up my strength and I have 20 to 25 lbs. dumbells for the 5 lb gap is now fulfilled by these that are 22.5 each, plus they can be put together as a barbell. 3.5 stars If you are wanting to start working out but not spend money this is a good starter option. It was easy to swap the weights and bars to create the weights. Barbell made for a smaller framed person. We used it until we moved to a plave with a nice gym. It was incredibly convenient. Read more
