I love this vibration plate! I have been using it for 10 minutes a day for the past few weeks. I truly look forward to starting each day on the machine. Assembly was very easy because the machine comes ready to use. The only assembly required is hooking the resistance bands to the machine if you want to use them. The machine is high quality and exceeded my expectations. The noise level is minimal, though it can shake items in the room depending on the surface used on. It is very comfortable to stand on. I like the variation of the speed levels. It goes from 1-99. The machine also has 9 preset programs. Each vary for speed combinations, but all last 10 minutes a piece. I wanted to use this a while before doing a review. I loved it immediately! I have restless leg syndrome and I use this nightly. No more restless legs! If I do miss a day, I can tell it. It seems to help with my neuropathy as well. It’s very well made and sturdy. My husband is in the big/tall category and it held him with ease. It definitely helps with circulation, but I’m not sure about lymphatic drainage. Not sure how you can tell that. The remote is handy because you’re not having to bend down to adjust settings. I bought this, as a recommendation from my chiropractor, for my sciatic nerve issues but ended up using it as a workout regiment for my 86 year old Mom with dementia. She moves slowly, cautiously with a fear of falling but she'll stand on this plate several times a day and has expressed how it loosen her joints and she's feels less stiff afterwards. This thing is super fun! Idk yet if it’s doing anything for us, but my kids and I enjoy getting our butt jiggle sessions in each day haha. This has been a wonderful purchase. I love this exercise vibration plate. The only thing that I have been disappointed with is the before I completely unpaced the bands from the packaging the box was taken to the dumpster before I got them out, so I don't know how those would do or how they would help in exercises.
