Perfect for what I wanted. There aren’t a lot of small screen TVs out there to choose from. I could have purchased a better quality monitor along with a digital TV receiver and amplifier, but that was too much trouble for my application. The sound is marginal, which seems to be the case with all flat screens these days) so I did add a small Roku soundbar, which works great. Lot’s of connection options, but does not have HDMI ARC (use HDMI and optical instead) Picture quality is very good when facing the TV, but loses clarity pretty quickly as you move right, left, up or down. Setup was easy (it uses the LG software platform). Easy access to over the air and pay service streaming like Netflix, Amazon, Apple, etc. Nice intuitive remote. This is an excellent little smart TV. I found the setup to be okay. Instruction booklet suggested putting LG ThinQ app on cellphone, I did and during this setup the screen showed to click on button to receive a free gift but it was necessary to give my credit card. Stupidly I did & $2.00 was charged to my card. Immediately my bank notified me of this suspect transaction. My bank is monitoring my bank card. I turned off TV and waited a day before turning TV on and continued MANUAL setup. It was easy although figuring out how to get my YouTubeTV app was a little involved but not too bad. The sounds and music 🎶 are great. The picture quality is excellent. The remote control is awesome. I love it. However don't use the LG ThinQ App as instruction booklet states. I'm guessing it's been hacked. I have TV in my kitchen. It's quite a distance from my wifi router so I moved an internet pod a few inches away and all is well. On warmer days I'll move to my porch. Tv is setup and working fine. Pleased with picture and sound. One minor glitch in setting up to work with my TV/Internet provider is I feed the TiVo box into a HDMI port on TV and each time I turned on TV I had to specify that port to begin viewing a program. A little research indicated that the HDMI - CEC setting had to be enabled on the TV (it was off by default). That cured the problem and now when TV is turned on with TiVo remote the HDMI port is chosen automaticly. Only other minor issue is when using a HDMI port which are on back top side of TV pointed up so when a cable is plugged in it is very visible. I am ordering a HDMI 90 degree adaptor around $5 which will solve this problem. See attached pictures. Read more

I spent over three hours trying to program this little set and finally gave up.Repackaged it and waiting for UPS store to open after labor day holiday so I can return it.Really wanted it to work because it is the perfect size for where I wanted it to be located.......unfortunately, it just would not locate (recognize) my cable TV connection. This is a great tv. The picture quality is great. I use mine in the kitchen while preparing food and canning. I also hooked up my Bluetooth jbl speaker for good sound. It was very easy to set up. The only reason why I did not give it a 5 star review was the stand was very flimsy,but it does the job. Read more
