No quality control
Well for starters, it didn’t come with everything I was supposed to get. The seller made it right and provided some extras including a tuner and strings. However, the second fret was high causing it to buzz which made it unplayable. Some of the side deletes were sharp and really need to be filed. The bridge was too low as well. For someone who knows how to play guitar, these things are fixable. This was a gift for my son who is a beginner bass player. He wouldn’t have any ideal how to fix this. Most people wouldn’t I think. For the price there shouldn’t be that many issues with the quality. Read more

My son is very happy with his bass guitar and amp. The bass is very good for a beginner. The customer service from the seller is outstanding. FedEx lost the first bass guitar and amp. The seller quickly shipped a replacement bass and amp. The product is shipped in a box that says Fender on the outside. Just be aware of that if your package is delivered and left unattended, it is not sent where you have to sign for it or be home to accept delivery. Read more
