This product is great. I bought the small size and did not wear it for a year since it was tight. Then I had to carry a backpack on a train and so I decided to give it a try. The results were fantastic! My shoulders did not hurt a bit at all that day despite that I was carrying a heavy bag. I found it correct my posture as well by pulling my shoulders back. After I used it for 1 day, my shoulders did not hurt the next day. Now I started to wear it when I work at home in front of my computer. Cannot be happier! Be sure to choose the right size. Hubby was having an issue with his shoulder so I got him another brace that crossed his chest. he didn't like it....didn't feel comfortable. so I sent that back and got this for him. Wow! He liked it and it felt comfortable for him to wear all day! After wearing it for about a week (especially when he was doing something that he thought might aggravate his shoulder) he's in pretty good shape and has not need it for a few weeks now.
