Very tiny heating pads not like the picture shows they're the size of a American quarter and only a few couldn't find some of the heating areas pictured in the picture. Nothing seemed to get very warm it had a nice battery it seemed like a good lithium battery pack but the Arctic weather we have been having in the single digits this particular model of pant it did not seem to do anything at all we only survived on body heat that was no real extra heating coming from these.
