This HDMI fiber optic cable did what a Panamax MRS 5100, premium power, careful grounding, and sheer force of will could not: it told electrical noise to sit down, shut up, and leave my living room. Context. I own a Samsung Q900T 8K TV that costs roughly one kidney, part of a lung, and most of my dignity. I also run an aggressively obnoxious audiophile setup—the kind where guests stop mid-sentence and say “why does it sound like the band is here.” Everything was perfect except for one villain: ground interference bleeding from the TV into the audio chain like an electrical poltergeist. Buzzing. Feedback. Subtle but infuriating. The kind of noise that makes you question your life choices and stare at your rack at 2 a.m. swapping cables like a mad scientist. Even with the TV plugged into a very expensive Panamax power conditioner that promises to tame lightning strikes and minor deities, the noise persisted. Enter this cable. This thing does not transmit electricity. It transmits light. Literal photons. Zero shared ground. Zero electrical nonsense. Just tiny disciplined beams of light carrying HDMI data like monks delivering sacred scrolls. Result: about a 99% reduction in interference. Not “a little better.” Not “audiophile placebo better.” Actual, measurable, immediate silence. The noise floor dropped so hard it needed medical attention. My system went from “amazing but haunted” to “why is everything so clean and calm.” Picture quality? Perfect. Audio? Untouched, except now it isn’t being strangled by Samsung’s electrical chaos. My setup finally sounds like it costs what it cost, which is an amount I refuse to calculate for mental health reasons. If you’re running high-end audio with a modern TV and hearing mysterious garbage you can’t eliminate, this cable isn’t an accessory. It’s an exorcism tool. It replaces copper with physics and solves a problem that money alone could not. Five stars. Would buy again. Would trust with my remaining organs. Read more

I'm a gamer and so is my brother and this cable made such a huge difference in response time, its to the point where I caught me off guard when playing Apex, I'm getting 2 to 3 more kills per game. It feels as if I'm getting zero letancy. My TV is hdmi 2.1, but it would still make a big difference on any monitor or TV. Picture quality and motion improve so much more, you just gatta see for your self. Colors pop much better and HDR never felt more natural and realistic. Dolby vision is a delight, sound quality improved, feels more alive. This ain't no placibo effect alright. I know exactly what I'm talking about and fiber is always going to be much better than copper. Don't doubt your self about buying this cable, for the price and length, you're getting a great quality product and deal that does supports all Hdmi 2.1 features. Because of this same reason and more that I didn't feel like typing, I'm switching all of my cables to fiber and to be more specific to this brand of cable.!!! Read more

Updated 2: Trashed (in recycling bin). My other 3-ft & 6-ft follow the same fate. After a month or so, Signal lost (blank screen). This brand, “fiber” and thin wires, you get what you pay for. I will never go for this brand or “fiber” ever again. Updated1: So I bought, 3ft (two) and 6ft a month or two ago. The 6-ft have worked flawlessly (not any more read update 2). Sadly the 3-ft, not so much. It keeps blanking out (black screen). I have lost hope now for “fiber” cables. Initial Review (not true anymore): First, I was using a so call “8K 10K HDMI Cable 48Gbps” by Highwings between a 4K TV and M3 MacBook Pro, and it was fine but with slow startup (blank screen for a few seconds when turn on). This was until I bought a 4K HDR 144hz monitor. It wouldn’t work properly, slow starting up again and early cutting out intermittently to the point it would prompt me to re-login sometimes more than once. Now, with this so call “fiber” cable, all those issues disappear, no more problems. Wow, I was so surprised! I was skeptical about it but no more. I’m now going to order another for my PC. Let’s hope it works for a long time. If anything, I will update it here. Read more

I had signaling issues from running at 4K120 over just a 5 meter normal HDMI cable; the TV screen would often blank out intermittently. This fiber optic one surprisingly outputs 4K at 120 frames per second with zero issues even at 10 meters and is much lighter weight (for holding up with tape for example). Normally the issue is that fiber optics cost an arm and a leg, but I was pleasantly surprised to find them at this price point. Best to buy these for either very long cable runs or to reduce the cable weight; a normal HDMI cable otherwise suffices. Edit: As a surprising bonus that I guessed would work, they're also immune to noise, so use it with poorly behaving converters. I have a poorly shielded HDMI adapter for my Wii that would cause lines to appear on the picture, and swapping out the copper HDMI cable for this one fixed my issue. Read more
