I love these! They’re small ish and good to take on the go, but I eat them on their own. It tastes just like a cinnamon coffee cake you would get from other stores. The consistency is that of a little brownie, although I will say they aren’t always sturdy and can sometimes fall apart easily. Great value for the price since it’s a mega pack! Read more
I LOVE these bars. For someone on a weight loss journey these have been a great addition to my meals. I mostly use them to add texture and flavor to yogurt and fruit bowls, but they are great on their own. They are only 70 calories and at night when you think you just really want a treat...This is my "go to"...They have the best texture and flavor plus a great price when you see that there are 18 of them in the box. They are nice and soft, slightly dry but not terrible. The cinnamon taste is pretty strong and very sweet as usual, but decent. Slight chemical aftertaste but not as bad as their other flavors. Definitely still enjoyable. Don't mistake this for a health food though. Try are still fairly artificial/highly processed. I personally just like them as an occasional treat, to satisfy my sweet tooth when I don't want to be having too much excess sugar.
