So at first I loved this door handle. I obsessed over its convenience and letting rover’s into my room to help with my dogs. But two months ago it just stopped working all together at random. I thought battery? Connection issues? Bluetooth wouldn’t work on the app. Instructions for troubleshooting was minimal not very helpful. Any of these issues?? Nope. Had to take the whole thing apart only to find this tiny piece within the connection part for the port of power to go to the whole handle was broken off. Literally inside the handle itself. So noting I could’ve done would’ve fixed the issue. This is very frustrating. I’ve almost gotten locked out of my own room because of poor design quality. Read more
