Hadn't used tweezers since I bought my first one of these. Used it for over two years before I saw a tiny hair when I was cleaning it..pulled it..it was actually a wire that operated the blade part. So, ordered another immediately! Amazingly, the old one still works. No joke. It doesn't work as well, but it most definitely still works! This is simple to use, turn it on and run over hair you don't want. The end. Comes with a brush to clean it..plus you can wash parts. Doesn't get dirty quickly, but works better when cleaned after use. The light on the end works well, if you have fresh batteries..and this thing loves some batteries. Overall I give this product 4 stars. If you're like me and plucking is a super painful process you want to get over quickly, this gadget is for you! My eyebrows have never looked this nice. This gadget is basically just an electric razor (think, nose hair trimmer) for your eyebrows. But it makes taking care of unwanted hairs a painless process. Plucking was SUPER painful to me, which made me not want to shape my eyebrows properly. Now, I look forward to shaping my eyebrows with this - I have gotten rid of so many stray hairs I just didn't have the will to pluck before. And I love the light! That said, the hairs do grow back more quickly than if I would pluck them. But for me it's no hassle to go over them with this tool again. PRO TIP: follow the directions and use on clean product-less skin, but go slowly and against the way the hair grows. You might have to go over it a few times, and for stubborn hairs I use tiny circular motions. The reason it only gets 4 stars for me: 1) I'm unsure if I got a used product - I had read that in other reviews and just sanitized the whole thing when I got it, and 2) sometimes it seems to have less power - I just clean it out and it works fine, or tilt it to catch the hair in a different angle that works. I am happy with this product! I have had this product for a year now and it works well. It is well-made, and definitely built to last. It makes my daily routine so much easier as I use it for grooming. The design is slim the size of a pen and modern and It is easy to travel with. Overall, this was absolutely worth the purchase. I purchased this for it's advertised "ease of use" . With 3 teenage boys, their brows can get a bit unruly. This seemed like the perfect solution to keep them from getting the uni-brow, or brushy brows. It basically shaves off the hair, but not overly effectively. You must pull the skin tight in order for it to get close to the base of the hair. Even pulling the skin tight doesn't not get the best result. In fact, I am concerned with them getting ingrown hairs now. Where it just shaves off the hair, it could be more maintenance than a teenage boy is willing to do. Overall I would say it is an ok attempt for hair removal, but not a completely effective one. Read more

I recently purchased this updated model as a replacement for my previous unit, which had served me well for years. Unfortunately, the new design is a significant step backward. It fails to efficiently trim fine hair, requiring multiple passes to achieve what the original did in one pass. Furthermore, it lacks the precision of the predecessor. Given this drop in performance, I will be seeking out the original design elsewhere or transitioning to a different brand entirely. Such a shame. Read more
