This is a beautiful mattress and good quality, too. This is my first time buying a mattress online and my first time with a "hybrid". I really didn't know what to expect. I wanted to love it, but I do have a couple of challenges with it, that's why I took off one star. For the first 3-4 days, I had a lot more back, shoulder, and hip pain than I had before. I also didn't know that gel memory foam will have dents in it where your body is, as I wrote earlier, this is my first experience with it. I let the company know these things and they suggested I add a topper, told me ways to help it expand, and suggested another way that they could help in my situation. The mattress topper might be a good idea, but I’m also thinking that maybe I should try a different one that is not quite as hard. That might be a better fit for me. Its better than i expected. No it doesnt flop out when unrolling like someone mentioned and no its not stiff as a board. You unroll it then cut the plastic open on one end and it inflates. Its super comfortable you could put a 2in latex topper ontop for supreme value. Solved my lower back and sciatic nerve issue. Its a bed in a box anything less than extra firm 14in and you will get a rolled up piece of recycled foam. For 250 this is robbery. Read more

So far so good. The mattress inflated immediately. Haven't slept on it yet. I am waiting the 72 hours as recommended by the manufacturer. Will update this review in a few days. Slept on the bed for the first time. This mattress is worth the money. I woke up refreshed and pain free.
