I have a 120gal tank with fish that eat tropical flakes. I bought this because we travel sometimes and I didn't want to keep relying on other people to feed my fish. After researching a few devices I choose this one. I am very happy with the purchase. Initial set up is easy, food capacity is great and it completes the job it's supposed to. Something to note: This isn't a plug and play device. In some of the negative comments about the fish dying, I believe that's what people thought. Once you set it up, you press the button to start the 8, 12 or 24hr timer and the first feeding starts when you press the button. Watch how much feed drops. I started on the 24hr button but manually pressed it twice a day consistently adjusting the feeding hole until I was happy. I liked it so much, I never took it down. It's been running for months on the 12hr setting without issue. I haven't had any fish die and I don't have to worry about forgetting to feed them every morning and afternoon. Read more
