I’m 5’4”, 130 lbs with a 34C cup, and this cover-up fits just okay. Not super flattering and a little scratchy, not soft like some knits. It’s medium-weight and medium-durable. I really wanted to love this swimsuit cover up because the crochet style is cute and breezy for summer, but the fit was a big disappointment. The sizing runs very small and it feels like it was designed only for someone who is extremely thin and straight built. I am 5’8” with a small waist but a fuller bust and bottom, and it did not look flattering on me at all. The hem around the hips is especially tight, which made it uncomfortable and unflattering instead of stylish. Even sizing up would not have solved the problem because the cut is just too narrow for curves. The material itself is nice enough, lightweight and breathable, which would have made it great for the beach or a vacation if the fit was right. The crochet pattern looks stylish, and I can see how it would work well on someone who wants a slim fit and does not mind a body-hugging look. But for anyone who has a bust, hips, or just a little shape, the design does not give you any room. It almost feels like it was sewn smaller than the size chart suggests, so what should have been a relaxed cover up ends up fitting like a restrictive mini dress. Overall, this is not a versatile piece and I cannot recommend it for most body types. If you are very slim with no curves, it could work as a casual poolside look or a beach cover up, but it definitely is not true to size and does not flatter fuller figures. I wish the company would make it looser and more in line with the size you request, because the idea is nice but the execution misses the mark.
