The media could not be loaded. This has been a blessing to use post leg day workouts. I turn it on for a 30 to 45 minutes after working out and I’ve noticed that I am significantly less sore in the days following than I was before using this. I’ve always wanted one, but they’ve always been out of my price range, specifically Therabody products. This was at a great price point for what I would call a very comparable product. For starters, it uses compression to massage your muscles by filling targeted chambers along your feet, calf and thighs with air. You are able to control the strength of the compression from the control unit on the fly if you find that you want more/less. There are three different modes, combination, sequence and circulation. The combo uses both of the others and that’s the one I prefer to use. If you’re looking to target one specific zone, you change the zone setting to do just that. If you’re wanting to massage just one leg, you can use the silicone plug to block one of the ports. Depending on the mode selected, it will target specific zones and work through those one at a time as it fills with air to your desired strength. As it completes cycles it releases some of the air to relieve pressure temporarily before filling back up. I find that I prefer the pressure around 85-90 mmHg for most massages, but this goes from 40-150 mmHg, so there is a lot of room for adjustments. Sizing is something you’re going to want to take into consideration when purchasing this and I recommend taking proper measurements and sticking to the product sizing guide when deciding what size to get. I am 6’2 and purchased a medium, which is on the higher end of this size. I would have gone with the large to get more upper though coverage if I did this again, but I have no real complaints with medium. I use this a few times a week, specifically after workouts and runs. It’s something you need to be sitting to do. The only minor negative I’ve found is that it takes a bit to get all the air out of the sleeves when you’re done and want to fold these up for storage. I'm 6'3" with a 34" inseam so I ordered the large. Problem is, my fiancé is 5'4", so ideally would use the small. I figured I'd start with the bigger one so we could see if they worked for her, so we could forego buying two of these. Thankfully, they work for her too. We've both used it since receiving it, and love it. The compression is amazingly strong at the max setting - definitely enough to be that good kind of uncomfortable, but not painful. The kind where it's so tight your legs start to tingle, and when the pressure does finally release, you get that rush of feeling coming back as your blood starts pumping again. The large is perfect for me - the tops of the boots come right up to my crotch. They're obviously a bit large on my fiancé, but they still work great for her and she does not mind in the least. Not ideal still... but neither is spending another $400 for a second unit. Read more
I just had total knee replacement 4 weeks ago. Post op has been difficult and painful with extreme swelling of entire leg. After using Fit King twice the swelling was almost gone and I accomplished so much more in physical therapy. When I purchased Fit King I was concerned about cost, but this is the most beneficial item I have ever purchased. Thank you. Read more

These are great. I got a small because I am 5'2". The boots don't quite get to my hips. I would suggest getting a little longer. Otherwise, it works great. Remember your toes are out. Read more
I have tried this type of leg compression massage machine in Lifetime Fitness before. It is great to use it after a workout. It relaxes the muscle after each use. I have always wanted one but it was very expensive. After my friend refered me this brand. The price was affordable and I was worried about the quality. When I received the product, I immediately opened and used it. It felt so good and the quality is superior. Best bam for the bucks!! Now my kids are fighting me over it:-)) I got the small size one and it is perfect for the size. It is really easy to use it. Pls see the picture of the monitor. Read more
I am very happy with this product, the range of compression is optimal, the size option of the leg sleeves allows for larger and longer sizes, the operation is very self intuitive and allows for changes while operating , the grab handle of the model I chose makes it easy to move around without one hand. Strong sleeve material. But what blew me away was the service. Arrived on a Monday am contacted the company for a problem with one of the zippers, after just a couple of email exchanges on Wednesday afternoon I had a replacement at my doorstep. Thank you for backing your product with great after sale service. I highly recommend not only for the product features and quality, but also for the dedication of this company to back its sales with great service. Read more
Cyclist/runner here. Bought these for a friend abroad but I will keep them instead. I've had other leg compression devices in the past but buying a Normatec was out of my budget. Now that these are available at 1/3 of the price that function the same way is a game changer. They slip on easy, I often just slide in instead of zip in. The controller unit is simple, adjust the pressure, the time, and mode, and you're good to go. Battery last for 3-4 hours depending on pressure setting. I use it at 100mm/Hg and I can do 7-8x 30' sessions. Legs do get a little hot inside so keep some sanitizing wipes nearby to clean them regularly. I will update this review after a few months to report back on longevity. As an athlete I'm looking for products exactly like this to enhance my training. Read more
