These 5 bands are great and come with a little bag that keeps them when not in use. I bought them for my 91 year old father who I've finally convinced to do a little exercise with me to improve his mobility and strength but I'm using them too. It's nice that there are 5 "weights." I find that the two lightest are much to easy for leg exercises for me, a 62 year old woman who exercises every day and is fit. I’ve had these for a while now, and they’ve become a big part of my life. As someone who’s been dealing with injuries all year, these have been crucial to helping me recover my knees and ankles. I’ve been using them for stretching, hip strengthening, and mobility multiple times per week and haven’t seen any signs or snapping or decline in the resistance yet.
