For $40 I was pretty skeptical about whether this would be sturdy enough, but it works great. At 200 lbs I'm not heavy but I'm not a lightweight either, and this thing doesn't flex at all during pull-ups. Very good quality construction that feels solid and secure. Came very timely with good packaging and everything arrived intact. Installation was pretty easy with decent instructions, and they even included extra screws which is a nice touch. The joist mount design is rock solid once properly installed. For anyone wanting a home gym pull-up bar without spending hundreds, this delivers way more quality than the price suggests. Honestly am surprised by the quality for the weight of the product itself and the price! Very sturdy and solid. Easy to assemble and mount, but make sure you use a leveler and another set of hands while you mark the holes might help; if you see my photo yes that’s why lol. This is an excellent pull-up bar. It's easy to install, with the four lag screws which are included, and the soft grips promote easier Pull-Ups. I strongly recommend this if you have a basement with ceiling floor joists to mount it on. Read more

Very sturdy, no creaking when using. I'm 6'3 215 pounds. I have to bend my knees but it works great. The grip is good with the cushioned handles. When I tightened the bolts to the rafter the steel bent a little from the screw. Doesn't effect the functionality at all. Read more

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This mount pull-up bar is very sturdy and perfect for kids. My daughter loves using it every day, and it feels very secure once installed. It’s a great way to keep kids active and having fun at home. The only small limitation is the design. Because of the extended handle bars, the door cannot close completely when it’s installed above the doorway. We mounted ours above the entrance between the bedroom and bathroom so it’s easily accessible for daily use. As long as you plan the location accordingly, it works great! Read more
