The first positive thing about this product is its swift delivery; it arrived the following day after I ordered it. How awesome is that? Speedy delivery! Then, upon inspecting the contents, I found the exercise gripper all intact with 2 stretchy finger bands, a pressure gauge, an instructive manual, and a cozy black bag to put all the goodies in. Now, how awesome is that? Call them sweet embellishers - now that's a gym, Pilates, and your physical therapist in a bag! :-)) So, on Day 1 of using the hand gripper, I immediately started feeling the steady and firm resistance in the muscle fascia of my hand extending to the forearm, which was awesome to get that kind of outcome from a little exercise gizmo like this! I was already pleased, so I continued using it in the following days. After a week, I noticed a significant improvement in the mobility and flexibility of my fingers, wrist, hand, forearm, and overall left arm where I was injured. I'm very pleased with this piece of equipment. The design is comfortable, and feels well constructed. The range of resistance is excellent. Right out of the package, on the lowest resistance, offers a decent workout. I'm sure as I up the tension I will continue to see results. I bought this for improving my grip strength for pull-ups and for an issue with tendons in my elbow. I'm not a Dr. or an expert in physical therapy, but my elbow does feel better after using this for a few weeks now. Highly recommended. Read more

This finger grip is not what I expected. The price is very good for this. I liked how I’m able to adjust the amount of tension or pounds that I can grip. Other finger grips I’ve tried only have a set pound I can grip but this one has slides which is better and convenient in my opinion. Great product!! Read more

I bought this product to replace my old grip strengthener, since this one had more variability in the weight. The item itself had a nice design and looked pretty high quality. However the weight adjustment on this item is terrible. At 10 pounds it felt more like 30-40, and didn't seem to gain much more resistance. The plastic the item is made of looks good, but feels very cheap. Would definitely not recommend this item. Read more

This gripper is solid and I’m definitely happy with this purchase. I actually really like to use it when I’m listening in during meetings where I can stay muted and I don't have to engage too much. I like that you can quickly adjust the resistance. The resistance meter is nice in that I can informally keep track of my progress. I increase it by just a few pounds every few days. Read more

Quality product that comes with a nice guide on different exercises you can do with it. The grip is very nice and does not hurt my hand as other grip strengtheners have done. Wide range of resistance levels but lowest setting may still be a bit hard for those with weaker hand strength. Overall great product. Read more
